As you navigate your path, you may look to your God or a higher power.

 

But it can sometimes be difficult to know what you believe—especially when it seems like everyone has an agenda. The two-day Elevate program provides a judgment-free environment for you to explore your belief systems and spiritual journey, allowing you to open new horizons on your journey forward.

Location: Holiday Inn at Town Lake, 20 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78701. Free parking is available on-site.​

  • Saturday: Check-in opens at 8:30 AM. Program runs 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

  • Sunday: Doors open at 9:00 AM. Program runs 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

 

This is a fully immersive weekend designed to give you the dedicated time and space needed for reflection and growth.

Meet your Elevate Facilitators

Scott

Fitzgerald

Scott is a decorated combat veteran, pilot, senior executive, professional facilitator, author, and brain-based executive coach. He has been a facilitator at Discovery since 2007 and his experience, wisdom, and humility have profoundly impacted the lives of those on their Discovery journey. Scott holds a master’s degree in business and is a master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He engages participants with respect, curiosity, empathy, and discipline, while challenging them to unlock their full potential. With his wife Stephanie, Scott currently co-facilitates D1 Base Camp, Relationship, and Elevate. Scott and Stephanie are the managing partners of S&S Fitzgerald Enterprises, an international firm specializing in Brain-Based Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.

Fitzgerald

Stephanie has impacted thousands of lives over her 30-year profession as a facilitator, coach, and curriculum designer. She has a bachelor of business administration degree and has held various roles as a business owner and as part of three leading, international staffing agencies. Since joining Discovery in 2001, her love for people, gentle strength, diligence, creativity, and ability to connect on a personal level have influenced everyone with whom she engages. Stephanie currently co-facilitates D1 Base Camp, Relationship, and Elevate programs at Discovery alongside her husband Scott. Stephanie and Scott are the managing partners of S&S Fitzgerald Enterprises, an international firm specializing in Brain-Based Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
