Mike Erwin is a sales leader with Dell Federal, working with the United States Military and Intelligence Agencies. This, and his experience as a business consultant for small businesses, nonprofits, and startups, equips Mike to excel in communication with the ability to distill complex challenges into clear solutions as he guides participants through challenges and conflicts with clarity and empathy in the D2 Ascent Program. Mike has served the Team in many ways since he attended Discovery in 2010 with his unique blend of wisdom, humor, and approachability.

John Scott is an accomplished businessman, consultant, leader, and salesman in the home building industry. John applied the tools he gained in Discovery in 2007 to change his and his family’s life. He has served on the Discovery team since 2018 and currently facilitates on the D3 Summit Team with his wife Lori. John’s diverse background, wisdom, and humility have impacted, inspired, and guided many on their path to find passion and purpose in their lives.

Misti has been in the education field for over 18 years, holding a master’s in education administration and a principal’s certificate. She currently works with families worldwide in the foreign exchange program. Misti’s creativity and background in education make her a mentor and an invaluable asset to the Team. She attended Discovery in 2010 and has served as a facilitator since 2015, currently facilitating on the D3 Summit Team, where, with her  positive attitude, encouragement, and ability to infuse hope, she inspires and guides participants to find their unique purpose for their lives.
