About The Event
"Please come join us at the “Leadership Connection” (formerly “Round Table”) Sunday after Turnaround in the upstairs Bastrop Room of the Wingate Conference Center. Hopes are that this location will entice the traveling leaders to stop in and share victories, stories, laugh…just connect. Water and a choice of beer and wine will be made available with a donation to cover costs ($4 beer, $5 wine, $20 bottle of wine). Discovery will provide good eats from Chuy’s or BBQ from the best. This is truly a time to connect—not a leadership “meeting” since some will be enjoying alcohol, and all are probably running on adrenaline and very little sleep. Please keep this event discreet to others. We look forward to seeing you and your significant others there!”
We want the room ready with drinks (water, beer, and wine) before 5pm. We want food delivered no earlier than 5:45pm (to avoid having anyone else see food being delivered upstairs) and no later than 6pm (for those that need to hit the long road home).
